The Happy Athletix snaffle bridle unites the finest materials with well-considered ergonomics — ideal for dressage and showjumping alike. Made from fine grain leather with a subtly lustrous finish, it impresses with elegant aesthetics. Particularly soft padding leather at all pressure-sensitive points ensures the highest wearing comfort. Included in delivery are the bridle itself and one rein with a leather stopper for secure hold.
The anatomically shaped headpiece is cut out over the atlas area and softly padded to avoid pressure points and ensure maximum freedom. The specially developed cut follows the natural contour of the poll, jaw and base of the neck, creating additional space for nerve and blood vessel pathways — entirely without pressure on sensitive areas. The browband, thanks to its anatomical contour, conforms perfectly to the horse’s anatomy: it is set with sparkling rhinestones in the front two thirds and features an extra cutout in the eye area so it sits gently without rubbing. Colour options in black-silver (with black leather) or chocolate-gold (with brown leather) allow individual styling.
The Happy Athletix noseband is also anatomically shaped to leave the sensitive nerve exit points free and avoid uncomfortable pressure peaks. A bilaterally adjustable "Soft Close" fastening with soft chin padding allows a particularly gentle, flexible adjustment without a nutcracker effect. The natural freedom of jaw movement is thus preserved at all times.
A fine stabilising strap runs through the chin groove beneath the bit. It performs the function of a classic bridoon strap guidance without restricting: it stabilises the bit, prevents excessive flipping and at the same time preserves natural jaw movement.
For quick and straightforward adjustment, the bridle features a sophisticated hook system on the cheek pieces that allows secure hooking without troublesome interference with the rein edges. This system replaces the conventional webbing guidance and ensures that all straps always lie optimally without digging in.
Thanks to this well-considered construction, the "Happy Athletix" truly stays happy: free breathing, unrestricted head movement and freedom from pressure at the poll, jaw and nose make it the ideal companion in all disciplines.

Veränderung der Optik
Auch Glattleder kann im Laufe der Zeit eine leichte Veränderung zeigen: Es kann weicher werden, die Oberfläche kann sich leicht im Glanz oder in der Struktur ändern. Diese Entwicklung ist nicht zwangsläufig ein Qualitätsmangel, sondern kann Ausdruck der natürlichen Materialeigenschaften sein.
Fleckenbildung & Schutz
Glattleder reagiert ebenfalls empfindlich auf Flüssigkeiten, Fett oder Schmutz. Um unschöne Flecken oder Ausbleichen zu vermeiden:
- Vermeiden Sie direkten Kontakt mit Wasser, Fett oder öligen Substanzen.
- Nach jedem Einsatz empfiehlt sich eine sanfte Reinigung, damit Rückstände wie Schweiß oder Staub nicht ins Leder eindringen.
- Nutzen Sie geeignete Pflegeprodukte wie Reiniger, Pflegebalsam oder Lederöl, um das Leder vor Austrocknung und Ausbleichen zu schützen.
Reinigung & Pflege
- Tägliche Reinigung: Entfernen Sie groben Schmutz mit einer weichen Bürste oder einem sauberen Tuch. Danach wischen Sie das Leder mit einem speziellen Pflegetuch ab – so beseitigen Sie Schmutz, Schweiß und Feuchtigkeit, bevor sie Schaden anrichten.

Regelmäßige Pflege:
- Tragen Sie nach der Reinigung sparsam einen geeigneten Pflegebalsam auf, mit einem Schwamm oder Tuch.
- Bei stärkerer Beanspruchung kann ein intensives Lederöl verwendet werden, das tief ins Leder eindringt und rückfettet.
- Lassen Sie die Pflegeprodukte einwirken und polieren Sie anschließend das Leder mit einem weichen Tuch, um überschüssige Produkte zu entfernen und die Oberfläche zu veredeln.
- Besondere Beanspruchung: Stark beanspruchte Bereiche wie Riemen oder Gurte sollten regelmäßig kontrolliert und gepflegt werden, da sie besonders unter Reibung oder Schweiß leiden können.
Lagerung
Die Lagerung spielt eine entscheidende Rolle:
- Bewahren Sie Ihr Glattlederprodukt an einem trockenen, warmem Ort mit guter Belüftung auf, sodass Feuchtigkeit optimal entweichen kann.
- Vermeiden Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung und starke Hitzequellen – diese können das Leder austrocknen oder ausbleichen lassen.
- Eine korrekte Lagerung verhindert Schimmelbildung und erhält die Geschmeidigkeit sowie Stabilität des Leders.
