Idea
Inspired by the rich tradition of Portuguese bridles and our customers’ wish for maximum adaptability, we developed the multi-functional Portuguese bridle Conde from the Mix & Match Signature Collection. This bridle combines a clean, traditional appearance with innovative components that allow you to adapt it flexibly to the needs of your horse and your riding style.
Multi-functional bridle
The Conde bridle is a true all-rounder. Through the Vienna-style buckles and two pairs of reins you can use it as a Bridle, Double Bridle or bitless bridle. The interchangeable browband and noseband, along with compatibility with all Mix & Match elements, allow easy adaptation to different riding styles and training levels.
There are five possible configurations in one bridle:
1. As a Bridle with one cheek piece for the bit and one pair of reins attached to the snaffle bit
2. As a bridle with one cheek piece for a bit intended for riding with two pairs of reins (e.g. a Kimblewick or a pelham bit without an underlaying snaffle)
3. As a Double Bridle with two cheek pieces, one for the curb bit and one for the bridoon, with one pair of reins attached to each bit
4. With Mix & Match sidepull noseband or semi cavesson with one rein as a sidepull
5. With Mix & Match sidepull noseband or semi cavesson in addition to the bit with two pairs of reins.
Horse
The Conde Deluxe bridle offers your horse maximum wearing comfort through its anatomically cut, centrally divided headpiece. This construction relieves the sensitive areas of the poll and ensures your horse can move freely and without pressure. The soft padding on the browband and noseband further contributes to the wellbeing of your horse. The wide range of adjustment options allows the bridle to be optimally tailored to the individual needs of your horse.

Egal ob Trensen-, Kandaren- oder gebisslose Zäumung: Durch das modulare System lassen sich die Komponenten in wenigen Schritten anpassen und verändern, sodass Ihr Zaumzeug jederzeit optimal auf Pferd, Reitweise und Anlass abgestimmt ist.
Somit bekommen Sie nicht nur ein hochwertiges Ausrüstungsstück, sondern ein durchdachtes Gesamtkonzept, das Flexibilität, Komfort und Individualität vereint – genau dann, wenn Sie es benötigen.
Die Wiener Verschnallung
Die Wiener Verschnallung ermöglicht es, das Zaumzeug schnell und sauber zwischen verschiedenen Einsatzarten umzurüsten. Durch die zwei getrennten Backenstücke kann das Gebiss oder der gebisslose Nasenriemen mit wenigen Handgriffen ein- oder ausgeschnallt werden, ohne dass die Grundpassform des Zaums verändert werden muss. So wechseln Sie je nach Trainingseinheit oder Pferd unkompliziert zwischen verschiedenen Zäumungen und behalten dennoch stets eine stabile, pferdefreundliche Lage am Kopf.
