Idea
The Flexi-Iron leather cavesson was born from the desire to create a bridle that adapts individually to the shape of the horse's nose while remaining versatile in use. With its flexible nose iron, adjustable at four points, this cavesson combines traditional design with innovative features. It offers an optimal fit and the highest comfort for the horse, while supporting the rider across various stages of training thanks to its versatility.
Headpiece
The anatomically shaped headpiece of the Flexi-Iron is softly padded and offers the horse maximum wearing comfort. It fits gently against the horse's poll and prevents pressure points. The headpiece can also be fitted with bit hangers, allowing the cavesson to be used in combination with a bit. This makes the Flexi-Iron a versatile tool that adapts to the individual needs and training stages of your horse.
Noseband
The noseband is equipped with a flexible nose iron that allows a perfect fit to the shape of the horse's nose. It lies flat and snugly against the nasal bone, avoiding uncomfortable pressure points. The flexible noseband provides clear and refined communication, ensuring precise contact and gentle guidance. The lightweight construction makes the cavesson particularly comfortable for the horse to wear.
A further highlight is the new “Soft Close” fastening on the noseband: adjustable on both sides and fitted with soft chin padding, it allows a particularly gentle, flexible adjustment without a nutcracker effect. The horse’s natural freedom of jaw movement is preserved while pressure peaks are reliably avoided.

The three rings on the noseband allow flexible contact and are perfectly suited to various training methods. The middle ring is particularly useful for lateral movements, supporting bending and positioning of the horse's head, while the side rings are ideal for in-hand work or lateral rein guidance when riding. With optional bit hangers, the cavesson can also be used in combination with a bit, making it a long-term companion throughout the horse's education.
