I Payment options
(1) The prices listed include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via: SEPA transfer, Paypal, Klarna invoice purchase, Apple Pay. All payment methods are processed through the payment service provider Molli.
(4) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he or she is obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
II Shipping Information & Delivery Times
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the item description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will occur as soon as possible after payment is received in our account. During promotional events, especially during Black Week and the Christmas season, there may be delivery delays.
(2) Configured MATTES products (custom products) have a manufacturing time of 4-12 weeks. Once the items are produced, delivery will occur as soon as possible after payment is received in our account.
(3) When purchasing a riding pad or PADDLE®, it is a specially made product tailored to customer specifications (custom products). The current production time required for this can be found in the item description.
(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in a shipment sale only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.
III Shipping Costs
(1) Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100.
(2) Shipping within the EU is charged at €25 per shipment.
(3) Shipping to third countries will be calculated upon request based on an individual quote. Any incurred expenses and costs for customs clearance will be charged additionally.
(4) The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed after the item is returned and inspected.
